Dina Al-Sabah was born in Beirut, Lebanon. She is of Kuwaiti descent. Ms. Al-Sabah was raised in Egypt, Morocco, Italy and the United Kingdom, and because of this, she was exposed to many different cultures at a young age. A natural athlete, she started horse-back riding at the age of five. Dina Al-Sabah continued her active life style throughout her high school years competing in equestrian shows and participating in track, volleyball and basketball at The American School of Tangier in Morocco.

Due to her various travels, today Dina is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Arabic. She also holds several degrees: B.S. in electrical engineering, M.S. in telecommunications and computers, and an MBA, all from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Torrie Wilson was born in Boise, Idaho on July 24, 1975. She was raised in a small town north of Boise with a population of 2,500. As a child, Torrie was rather shy but took comfort in her small community and began to excel in cheerleading and track and field in high school.

She is best known for her tenures in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), where she worked on both their SmackDown and Raw brands throughout her eight-year run.

Lyen Wong, born August 5, 1974 in Matanzas, Cuba, is a German-Cuban fitness athlete.Since childhood, Lyen practiced competitive volleyball and Tae Kwon-Do. After finishing her university studies, Lyen worked as a fitness instructor and began training with weights.

Wong has participated in fitness competitions for the NAC Germany association since 2005. She has won the NAC Germany German championship and German Intl. championship in the Miss Fitness category. Wong has also won the Miss Universe title of NAC International in the Shape category, as well as other national and international titles.Wong works as a Personal Trainer and has been certified by the American Council on Exercise since 2003. She currently lives with her husband in Miami, Florida. Since 2010, she participates in Figure competitions in the US.

Amanda Latona - IFBB Pro Bikini Competitor

Amanda was born on March 24th, 1979 in Pittsburgh. She is currently resides in Las Vegas and works full-time as a fitness model. When Amanda was fifteen years old, her family moved to Orlando Florida. While she was there, she got involved with Universal Studios when she was eighteen and became part of an all girls singing group known as Innosense. Innosense itself may not spark any memories for you, but the members were Amanda, Danay Ferrer, Mandy Ashford, Nikki DeLoach and Britney Spears.

Innosense performed and toured throughout Europe and the United States. Along with that record deal came a gym membership, and the day she set foot in a gym, she was hooked. Soon Amanda decided to take her love of being onstage and fuse it with her other passion, fitness, and compete. Amanda entered her first show in 2003 and won.

Monique (Minton) Ricardo was born on August 17, 1984 in Portsmouth, Virginia. She is currently resides in Dallas, Texas. Monique, who also goes by the nickname MoMo appeared cover of Flex magazine’s swimsuit edition, Muscle and Fitness Hers, also she is a calendar girl for Bio-Engineered Supplements and Nutrition, the official supplement provider for the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Beside as IFBB Figure competitor and IFBB bikini pro champion, she is expert in Jiu Jitsu. She won the women's novice class in the NAGA Texas and Europa Grappling Championships in 2009. Minton credits her parents and her upbringing for her ability to excel at two disparate activities. Her mother, Nadine, was a model and her father, Oscar, was a strict disciplinarian who taught her humility and mental toughness and instilled in her a strong work ethic.

Kyla McGrath is a brunette fitness model and competitor from Toronto Canada. She is 5’7″ tall, weighs about 130 lbs, and her measurements are 36c-26-36. She has a master's degree in political science and work as a policy researcher and analyst. 

After her brother turn pro in 2003, she started to think about competing herself. In 2004 she actually started figure competitions in her province, St. Johns in Newfoundland.They didn't have figure competitions, and she was told she would have to get 10 girls to compete in the show in order to have the show. So she walked up to girls in her gym and other gyms. Then they had 10 girls enter the show, she placed second.

Tianna Ta is an original vietnamese girl, born on November 5, 1981 in Vietnam but when she was 2 years old, Tianna Ta moved with her parents moved to usa fo better life. She is currently resides in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Tianna started her modelling career when she was 19 year. She recently began competing in Sept 2009 and have been fortunate enough to earn her pro card in Nov 2009! She is currently finishing up my Bachelors degree in Business (after a long break) and am looking forward to taking her exam to become a personal trainer.
