Dina Al-Sabah was born in Beirut, Lebanon. She is of Kuwaiti descent. Ms. Al-Sabah was raised in Egypt, Morocco, Italy and the United Kingdom, and because of this, she was exposed to many different cultures at a young age. A natural athlete, she started horse-back riding at the age of five. Dina Al-Sabah continued her active life style throughout her high school years competing in equestrian shows and participating in track, volleyball and basketball at The American School of Tangier in Morocco.

Due to her various travels, today Dina is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Arabic. She also holds several degrees: B.S. in electrical engineering, M.S. in telecommunications and computers, and an MBA, all from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Torrie Wilson was born in Boise, Idaho on July 24, 1975. She was raised in a small town north of Boise with a population of 2,500. As a child, Torrie was rather shy but took comfort in her small community and began to excel in cheerleading and track and field in high school.

Lyen Wong, born August 5, 1974 in Matanzas, Cuba, is a German-Cuban fitness athlete.Since childhood, Lyen practiced competitive volleyball and Tae Kwon-Do. After finishing her university studies, Lyen worked as a fitness instructor and began training with weights.

Wong has participated in fitness competitions for the NAC Germany association since 2005. She has won the NAC Germany German championship and German Intl. championship in the Miss Fitness category. Wong has also won the Miss Universe title of NAC International in the Shape category, as well as other national and international titles.Wong works as a Personal Trainer and has been certified by the American Council on Exercise since 2003. She currently lives with her husband in Miami, Florida. Since 2010, she participates in Figure competitions in the US.
